Challenge
Project and cost management in separate tools, without integration between operational and financial data, making it difficult to track and analyze results per project.
Solution
Pipelines were developed to extract data from Siigo to AWS S3 and process it automatically. The information was integrated with Notion and a dashboard was built in Power BI.
Impact
Consolidated visibility of operational and financial information by project. Improved cost tracking and reduced manual processes in data integration.
